The role would suit someone who has recently graduated and is considering the possibility of moving into the teaching profession. The successful candidate will be considered as an unqualified teacher working within the classroom, contracted under teachers pay and conditions. They would be well-supported and mentored by experienced colleagues in the delivery of pre-prepared lessons within the graduate’s subject specific knowledge base and also on behaviour management techniques. This aim is for graduates to feel supported and confident in the classroom in preparation for a possible transition onto an recognised teacher training scheme in September 2025.
