As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated
Field Care Supervisor
to join our Liverpool team. This is a key leadership role, ideal for someone with hands-on care experience who's ready to step into a supervisory position - or already thriving in one.
The Role
This full-time position offers a varied week, with around
50% in the field
delivering care and supporting carers, and
50% office-based
focusing on quality, compliance, and care planning. No two days are the same - but every day is meaningful.
Responsibilities include: Conducting quality checks and spot checks on care staff Supervising, supporting, and mentoring carers in the field Carrying out risk assessments and developing tailored care plans Ensuring compliance with care regulations and company policies Assisting with client assessments and care reviews Collaborating with the senior team to ensure high standards of care Participating in the on-call rota as required, providing out-of-hours support on a scheduled basis
What We're Looking For Ideally,
Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care OR 2-3 years of
relevant experience
in a care or supervisory role Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills A proactive, compassionate attitude and a commitment to high-quality care A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle - this is essential Flexibility to work across North and South Liverpool as required Willingness to take part in on-call duties
