Job : Assistant Manager TS
Location : London Hybrid 3 days onsite
Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Assistant Manager to join the Transaction Services team, supporting financial due diligence and deal advisory engagements. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong accounting background and experience in M&A or transaction-related work.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support and lead financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions
* Analyse financial statements, cash flows, working capital, and key business drivers
* Identify key risks, opportunities, and deal considerations, presenting findings clearly to clients
* Prepare high-quality due diligence reports, including detailed financial analysis and insights
* Work closely with senior stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams throughout the deal lifecycle
* Assist in managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality output
* Review work of junior team members and provide guidance and mentorship
* Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
Key Requirements:
* Qualified or part-qualified CA / ACCA / CPA or equivalent
* 3–6 years of experience in Transaction Services / Deals / Audit (with TS exposure preferred)
* Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and due diligence processes
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Preferred Skills:
* Experience working on M&A transactions
* Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
* Exposure to data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Alteryx) is a plus
