Your new rolePartnering with the Directorate, you'll lead a small HR team and be responsible for shaping and delivering HR programmes to complement the overall business strategy. With a deep understanding of the people metrics that drive a successful manufacturing business, you'll be a critical friend, coaching and supporting at all levels.
What you'll need to succeedThe role will suit a commercial business partner with solid experience gained in a manufacturing environment. You'll be a true HR generalist with a broad toolkit, be a natural leader and have excellent interpersonal skills. CIPD qualified or equivalent, you'll have solid employment law knowledge and a track record of operating at a strategic level whilst evidencing a genuine appetite for operational rigour. You easily build trust amongst colleagues and enjoy developing others. Experience in leading organisational re-design will also be key.
