Artemis Human Capital is partnering with a leading global FMCG company to recruit a Supply Chain Planning Manager. Reporting to the Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving Supply Chain Planning excellence, leading the Supply Planning team to implement the Group Planning Strategy locally, enhance customer service, and optimize operational costs. You will be responsible for building end-to-end planning capabilities, improving profitability through effective production and raw material planning, and implementing best practices in capacity planning, cost optimization, and inventory management. This role requires leveraging advanced planning systems and embedding robust processes to secure product availability, identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate closely with Demand Planning and wider Supply Chain leadership. Key Responsibilities Provide clear direction, accountability, and measurable goals for the Supply Planning team. Drive team engagement, performance, and capability development through coaching, feedback, and on-the-job training. Oversee short- and long-term planning for production, raw materials, capacity, and haulage. Manage inventories of finished goods, raw materials, and concentrates in line with service level agreements. Lead the monthly and weekly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process from a Supply Chain Planning perspective. Coordinate Supply Chain planning resources nationwide and manage the departmental budget in line with business plan targets. Serve as Business Process Leader for Supply Planning, driving improvements in planning tools and systems. Lead the annual Business Planning process and develop rolling monthly forecasts for production, inventory, import/export, and logistics. Partner with Manufacturing and Logistics to enhance cost efficiency, service levels, and inventory optimization while minimizing write-offs. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the business unit and region. Collaborate closely with Group Planning, Demand Planning, Commercial, Marketing, and Finance to ensure data integrity, governance, and accurate planning outputs. Drive implementation of new tools and process improvement initiatives, ensuring delivery through structured project management. Lead Supply Chain Planning projects to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency. Essential Criteria University degree in a relevant discipline. Minimum 3 years experience leading a Supply Chain Planning function. 510 years experience in Supply Chain Planning roles within an FMCG environment. Strong knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain and Demand Planning processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Project management experience.
