Overview
We are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an 8c Consultant Clinical Psychologist to be the Lead for Psychology in the Forensic Community Service (FCS) based at Guild Park. FCS consists of a range of teams and services, and psychology provides input into the Forensic Community Mental Health Team (FCMHT), the Forensic Outreach Service (FOS), the Forensic Autism Service (FAS), the Mental Health Treatment Requirement (MHTR) service, and the Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) pathway. The successful applicant will work with well-established teams and provide leadership and continuity in the application of psychological input across the transition with the inpatient service at Guild Lodge.
Responsibilities
* Provide psychological leadership and clinical supervision into the FCS.
* Work closely with the counterpart in the inpatient service at Guild Lodge to ensure continuity in the application of psychological input across the transition.
* Collaborate with established teams to maintain a high standard of psychological service delivery.

Organisation
Lancashire & South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust provides a range of services including secondary mental health care across the area. Specialist provision comprises inpatient child and adolescent mental health services, perinatal mental health and forensic services including low and medium secure care. Qualifications
* An experienced candidate is required to provide psychological leadership and clinical supervision in the FCS.
* Experience in forensic or community mental health psychology and ability to work across multiple teams.
