Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and passionate staff to join our team supporting Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across Wiltshire.

Working Environment
You will work in supportive, specialist SEN settings that cater for children and young people aged 5‑18 with a range of additional needs, including:
* Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
* Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH)
* Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD)
* Speech, Language and Communication needs (SLCN)
* ADHD and associated behavioural needs
* Sensory processing difficulties

What We’re Looking For
* Passionate about supporting children and young people with SEN
* Patient, empathetic, and resilient
* Flexible and able to adapt to different learning and behavioural needs
* (For Teachers/HLTAs) Qualified or unqualified – experience in SEN or education is desirable but not essential
* No prior SEN experience? Training and guidance will be provided if you are committed and eager to learn.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position; some cases may become permanent later. Teaching Personnel is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
