Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a pro‑active Paralegal at a thriving law firm. They are looking for a driven person with property litigation experience.
Responsibilities
* Draft and prepare legal documents including Landlord and tenant disputes
* Conduct research on property records, title disputes and legal issues
* Carry out lease reviews
* Maintain organised case files and documentation
* Liaise with clients, courts, and third parties
Ideal Candidate
* MUST HAVE previous experience in property litigation
* Previous experience with case management systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to multitask
* Strong attention to detail
