Your day-to-day
…
1. To have overall management of the night team across site and assist with other
nurse related hospital functions.
2. Provide a summary report at the end of each shift to the Senior Management
team
3. Work in liaison with the Ward Managers and CSM’s to ensure that staffing is
deployed across site in a way that provides good quality effective and safe care
4. To direct, monitor and support care and treatment of patients through in practice
audit and quality monitoring and participating/undertaking audits as required.
5. Co-ordinate the Hospital to ensure that tasks are prioritised and undertaken in a timely efficient manner
6. Provide consistent leadership and empower staff to feel able to cope in times of
difficulty. Develop a culture whereby staff know how to communicate distress and
concern and are communicated with each other in an appropriate and supportive
manner.

You…
An experienced RMN or RNLD with a current Pin Number, you’ll have…
Essential:
14. At least 12 months’ experience in a similar setting
15. The ability to maintain documentation, undertake audits & demonstrate integrity in your role
16. A good understanding of the latest nursing practices
17. A commitment to patient recovery in order to effectively monitor, manage & reduce risk
18. Compassion, resilience & a dedication to empower & support service user independence
