Food & Beverage Manager
Location: Pendennis Castle, Falmouth, Cornwall, TR11 4LP.
Salary: From £30,472 p.a. depending on skills & experience.
Hours: 36 per week.
Employment: Permanent.

Responsibilities
* Lead the food & beverage team to deliver excellent service standards and drive sales performance while maintaining strict food safety compliance.
* Represent the charity confidently as an effective communicator.
* Contribute to budget setting, monitor and achieve income & expenditure targets.
* Ensure the Visitor Experience remains at the heart of operations.
* Ensure strict compliance with all internal and external legislation (Allergens, food safety, COSHH, HACCP, etc.).
* Follow financial procedures.
* Champion core values of Visitor Experience and plan & oversee operations.
Qualifications
* Level 2/3 Food Hygiene standard qualification and a personal licence holder.
* Experience in stakeholder management.
* Commitment to continuous personal development.
* Ability to follow compliance & legislation (Allergens, food safety, COSHH, HACCP).
* Planning and operational oversight skills.
