What You Will Do:
* Lead assessments and recommendations for major adaptations, including home modifications to improve accessibility and safety.
* Work closely with local authority teams, clients, and other professionals to ensure adaptations meet individual needs and statutory requirements.
* Provide professional advice and reports for clients, managers, and relevant stakeholders to support decision-making.
* Manage a caseload independently, demonstrating sound clinical reasoning, prioritisation, and organisation.
* Uphold the highest professional standards, ensuring compliance with HCPC regulations and local authority policies.
Requirements:
* HCPC registration is essential.
* Must have recent local authority experience.
* Proven experience in major adaptations OT.
* Full driving licence required to travel between client sites.
