Red Snapper Recruitment are recruiting a rough sleeper navigator for a client of ours based in Weymouth. The purpose of this role is to provide a comprehensive service to a caseload of clients who are currently sleeping rough or in insecure accommodation in the Dorset Council area. Location: WeymouthContract type: PermanentHours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per weekSalary : £ 25,235 per annum Main duties and responsibilities Participation in an outreach rota which may include working early mornings, evening and weekends To undertake assertive outreach and hot spot visits across the locality area C arry out a strength-based assessment with each client and plan and enact support actions/interventions, which will assist clients to achieve their goals and move towards a sustainable life away from the streets.
