About the Role: Are you ready to elevate your career? Littlefish is seeking a talented and driven System Administrator to join our dynamic Infrastructure team. Reporting to the Infrastructure Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our IT systems, ensuring seamless operations and top-notch service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Active Directory Administration:Oversee and manage Active Directory (AD) systems.
* SCCM/Intune Management:Expertly handle SCCM or Intune for efficient system management.
* Application Deployment:Deploy applications and manage builds with precision.
* Customer Collaboration:Work closely with customers to facilitate user acceptance testing.
* Incident Resolution:Investigate and resolve incidents with clear, evidence-based thinking.
* Support and Improvement:Address requests, implement changes, assist fellow engineers, and participate in continuous improvement activities.
What Were Looking For
* Intune & MDM Expertise:Proficiency in Intune and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
* MSP/Enterprise Experience:Background in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or enterprise environment.
* SCCM/Intune Proficiency:Expertise in packaging and deploying applications using SCCM current branch or Intune.
* System Centre Knowledge:Experience with administering and deploying System Centre 2012 Configuration Manager.
* Productivity Suite Skills:Competence in configuring and deploying desktop productivity suites (Office 365 ProPlus, Office 2016).
* Windows Build Management:Skills in Windows build/image creation and management.
* Desktop Configuration:Knowledge of desktop configuration tools (ADK, MDT, Task Sequences).
* AD Administration:Strong experience in AD administration.
* PowerShell Scripting:Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
* Certifications:MS900, AZ900
