About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and therapists to provide tailored support to students in both classroom and 1:1 settings. You’ll help create a positive, structured environment where students feel safe, supported, and ready to learn.
Key Responsibilities:- Support learning activities across a range of subjects - Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN/SEMH Help manage behaviour positively and consistently Build strong, trusting relationships with students - Assist with planning, resources, and classroom organisation What We’re Looking For: - Experience working with young people with SEN/SEMH (school or care settings) - Calm, patient, and resilient approach - Ability to build rapport and encourage engagement - Strong communication and teamwork skills - A genuine passion for helping young people thrive
