Responsibilities:
As a Band 6 Locum Physiotherapist - Paediatrics you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing physiotherapy treatment programmes for paediatric patients, both in inpatient settings. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide individualised therapy sessions, monitor patient progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Additionally, you will educate and support patients and their families, ensuring they are well-informed and involved in the therapeutic process. Your expertise will contribute significantly to the overall well‑being and recovery of our young patients.
Qualifications and Experiences:
* Degree in Physiotherapy
* Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
* Acute NHS experience
* Experience in paediatrics, particularly in inpatient settings
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
