Finance Manager job in Bath, with on-site parking
Your new role
Working closely with the Finance Director, you will support with the following:
* Prepare monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary
* Produce timely and accurate financial reports
* Monitor income and expenditure against budgets and forecasts
* Support the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors
* Oversee day-to-day financial activities where required
* Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
What you'll need to succeed
* Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Experience in a management accounting or similar finance role
* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
* Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders
* Experience of budgeting and forecasting
* Proactive, organised, and able to work independently
