As the Buckinghamshire Community Wellbeing (BCW) Hub Coordinator, your role will be pivotal to the functioning of the BCW Hubs. This full-time role requires a dedicated individual who can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining a friendly and supportive environment for all BCW Hub users. Based at the Chalfonts Hospital BCW Hub, you will be a welcoming presence and offer support to all BCW hub users.
Your duties will include:
1. Coordinating activities and services
2. Supporting the BCW Hub Manager with daily operations
3. Directing resources effectively
4. Supporting the coordination of student placements, work-based learning, work experience, and volunteering processes
5. Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to foster meaningful relationships and ensure residents can access BCW Hub services
6. Providing administrative support to the BCW Hub Manager in areas such as data management, communications, reports, training, and events
7. Acting as the main point of contact in the absence of the BCW Hub Manager
The Buckinghamshire Community Wellbeing Hub is supported by Buckinghamshire Health and Social Care Academy, a non-profit partnership organisation hosted by Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust. This role is not Trust-based; the Academy operates under its own governance structure and work demands, but it is an NHS post. The post holder will contribute to the successful performance of the BCW Hub and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
