Overview

To be a successful Sales Manager, you will lead and inspire your team to prioritise outstanding customer service and achieve performance targets. About the Role

* Support the store management team across all product areas, back of house and run the store when needed
* Manage a team to deliver amazing service and accurate stock processes in an environment that is commercial, operationally efficient, safe, and where targets are met
* Create an atmosphere where supporting, motivating and inspiring your team to be at their best is at the core of everything you do
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team
* Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs


About You

* You are passionate about our customers, our people and our products, inspiring and motivating others with an energetic approach to work
* You have exceptional commercial understanding, knowing how to create a fantastic shopping experience for our customers
* You are a team player who thrives in a results‑driven, fast‑paced and challenging environment and can adapt to change quickly, bringing the rest of the team on board with new objectives
* You are a great communicator, working naturally with people at all levels; you stay calm and approachable even under pressure, and set realistic expectations
* You can problem‑solve, make sound business decisions, confidently challenge processes, and generate innovative ideas to take the business forward
* You are confident when dealing with people issues
* You are an effective multi‑tasker who can plan, organise and prioritise your workload

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK before commencement of employment. This role is typically not considered for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route because the relevant Home Office requirements on skills level are not met. Candidates are therefore encouraged to consider their own right‑to‑work options without Next sponsorship.
