WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Senior Business Analyst at WongDoody, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our digital products. Here's a glimpse into your responsibilities:
* Leading requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and deep-dive sessions.
* Managing end-to-end functional requirements across the product lifecycle.
* Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop requirements and anticipate challenges.
* Resolving blockers and unknowns related to requirements and scope.
* Supporting client product owners in finalizing requirement details and articulating decisions.
* Transferring completed functional tickets to client BAs and ensuring clarity.
* Assisting in backlog prioritization aligned with strategic goals.
* Serving as a single point of contact for matters related to scope and decisions.
* Contributing to and participating in all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and planning.

WHAT YOU'VE GOT
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum of 6+ years of experience in business analysis.
* Expertise in driving the creation of detailed component and page template specifications within JIRA.
* Proven track record in gathering and managing functional requirements across the product lifecycle.
* Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and anticipate challenges.
* Proactive in resolving blockers and unknowns related to requirements and scope.
* Strong communication skills to support client product owners and articulate decisions.
* Proficiency in agile methodologies and participation in agile ceremonies.
* Ability to prioritize backlog functionality in line with strategic goals and considerations.
