Senior Health & Protection Consultant - Edinburgh & Glasgow
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Large Corporate Consulting Team at Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB). This role will be based in our Manchester office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a portfolio of Healthcare and/or Protection clients, by providing quality consulting advice and ongoing service
* Ensure that revenue from this portfolio is profitable and expand business lines and service delivery where appropriate
* Manage and develop strong client relationships and win new business; work pro‑actively with internal teams to deliver client expectations in line with agreed client account plans
Qualifications and Experience
* Healthcare and/or Group Risk knowledge is essential
* Financial and Commercial acumen (including fee negotiation skills)
* Consulting and relationship management skills
* Technical, product and process knowledge
* Inter‑personal, communication and time management skills
* Strong account and time management skills
