Job Description We’re currently recruiting for a Transitions Team Manager to join our Award Winning PRT business. As a Transitions Team Manager you will lead a high-performing team who are responsible for onboarding new Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) schemes into L&G. What you'll be doing: Leading, coaching and developing a team of Transitions professionals to deliver outstanding service Collaborating with the Head of Transitions to shape onboarding strategy and business plans Managing daily operations to meet service levels, contractual obligations and client expectations Overseeing project delivery, scheme documentation and data validation activities Driving continuous improvement through process innovation and LEAN methodologies Ensuring operational readiness and scalability to support business growth Identifying and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations Championing customer outcomes and embedding Consumer Duty principles
