Position: Maths Teacher (KS3)
 Location: Andover, Hampshire
 Start Date: ASAP – Until at least December 2025
 Contract: Full-Time, Long-Term (with potential for extension)
 Pay Range: £165 – £245 per day (depending on experience)
 Working Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Overview
A prestigious independent school near Andover, set in 60 acres of beautiful parkland in the Test Valley, is seeking a dedicated Maths Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This full-time role will involve teaching Key Stage 3 pupils until at least the end of December 2025, with the possibility of extension.
The school educates around 430 children across its Pre-Prep and Prep departments and is renowned for its high academic standards, nurturing ethos, and supportive community.
Responsibilities
Teach engaging and well-structured Maths lessons to KS3 pupils.
Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that inspire curiosity and promote progress.
Assess, monitor, and provide feedback to support each student’s development.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and resources.
Contribute positively to the wider school community when required.

Requirements
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching Maths at KS3 level.
Strong subject knowledge and passion for inspiring young learners.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
