Job Description:
Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Oracle Solution Architect for a new, long-term Oracle Cloud implementation with our client, a consultancy, in the UK.
Job title: Oracle Cloud Solution Architect
Start Date: Immediate/ASAP
Location: United Kingdom
Duration: 10 months + extensions
Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and implementation of ERP solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
* Develop detailed system architectures and roadmaps, incorporating industry standards and best practices to ensure scalability, performance, and security.
* Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and IT to understand requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
* Oversee customization of ERP software and ensure smooth integration with other enterprise applications (CRM, BI tools, etc.).
* Recommend and implement ERP best practices for configuration, governance, data migration, and testing.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members during ERP development and implementation.
* Stay updated on ERP industry trends and advise on system improvements and upgrades.
Skills & Experience:
* Deep knowledge of Oracle ERP Workstreams (finance, HR, supply chain, etc.) and their integration.
* 5+ years of experience as an Oracle ERP Solution Architect or similar role.
* Experience with Oracle Revenue Management, Subscription Management, and Product Information Management.
* Strong background in system integration, database management, and cloud technologies.
* Proficiency in ERP implementation methodologies and project management.
* Understanding of business processes across finance, manufacturing, logistics, and sales.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
