What will you be doing?
* Managing the full recruitment process from initial briefing through to placement
* Working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
* Sourcing, screening and interviewing potential candidates
* Arranging interviews and managing candidate communications throughout the process
* Providing market insights and salary benchmarking advice
* Building strong long-term relationships with clients and candidates
* Developing new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts
* Ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage
* Supporting employer branding and talent attraction initiatives
* Collaborating with colleagues to share opportunities and celebrate success
