- FTC 12 Month Mat Cover A global entertainment organisation is seeking a Global Planning Director to lead strategic planning and alignment across a diverse international portfolio of brands and attractions.
This is a senior, high-impact role within the Growth function, responsible for bringing cohesion, clarity and pace to global and regional go-to-market planning.
Working closely with strategy, brand, marketing, digital, commercial and regional leadership teams, the role ensures planning processes are robust, data- led and aligned to long-term growth objectives .
The Role Lead global go-to-market planning across brands, regions and specialisms, ensuring strong alignment with business strategy and growth priorities.
Own the annual and multi-year planning cadence, ensuring seamless alignment with executive and board-level governance.
Act as the central hub connecting global centres of excellence with regional and local teams, driving collaboration and consistency.
Oversee planning governance, trading rhythms and performance reviews to ensure plans are delivered effectively and adapted as needed.
Champion data-informed decision-making, brand consistency and campaign effectiveness.
Provide senior stakeholder leadership, influencing across functions and geographies.
About You A senior marketing or commercial planning leader with experience in global or multi-regional organisations .
Strong background in strategic planning, go-to-market orchestration and complex stakeholder management.
Data-driven, commercially astute, and comfortable translating insight into action.
Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and operating within structured governance environments.
Background in entertainment, tourism, hospitality or similarly complex consumer-facing sectors preferred.
Confident operating at executive level, with strong communication and influencing skills.
Globally minded, with sensitivity to regional and cultural nuances.
