In particular, the ideal candidate has 1-2 years transaction-oriented experience in a business, legal or compliance-oriented role and exhibits the following: excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong attention to detail and organization skills; an ability to learn quickly, work in a time sensitive environment and think creatively to solve problems and anticipate potential questions or issues; effective time management and prioritization skills; an understanding of how to handle and manage confidential information; an ability to quickly and efficiently navigate information systems; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook; and an undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or other relevant field is a plus.
