TML Recruitment are partnered with a leading UK wide property practice in their search for a candidate to join their land referencing team in the Infrastructure Services division. The division assists in delivering projects to build a more sustainable and long-lasting Infrastructure for the UK on behalf of clients across of a range of different sectors including electricity, gas, water, fibre optics, oil, and renewables. Collaborating with delivery and spatial data teams, the land referencing function plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and well-documented land referencing for statutory processes including DCOs, CPOs, and TWAOs.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
1. Leading quality assurance of land ownership data input into proprietary databases
2. Developing and refining land referencing methodologies to support project enquiries
3. Managing field teams and logistical processes for on-site data collection
4. Interpreting and analyzing complex datasets related to land and property assets
