Product Data & Pricing Manager Product Data & Pricing Manager Working as part of the Retail, Procurement & Supply Chain team, this role involves supporting the Procurement & Supply Chain Manager, Purchasing Manager and sites to ensure retail and catering data integrity is adhered to at all times while responding to queries in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for the retail product file management, promotional set up and site query resolutions. As well as catering recipe set up and maintenance of supplier set up order forms. The role will primarily undertake work at the Support Office in Strensham and/or Norton with occasional travel to company sites meetings and training courses. Due to the nature of our business, this role may also require working from our sites as necessary. Some of the technical duties will include: Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) administration in the form of till map management and setting up of promotions/discounts. Regression Testing on new releases/revisions of EPOS system to aid with consistency of the customer journey. Request the raising of supplier invoices, manage invoice queries and support the Finance Team in expediting outstanding invoices / payments. Focus on business margins which are managed via the masterfiles and category reviews. Prepare weekly Masterfiles for approval. Ensure that the Retail and Grocery Promo files and POS requirements are managed effectively Ensure that all new products, promos and suppliers are set up and managed in a timely and effective manner. Maintain catering suppliers order forms. Maintain and amend catering recipes Provide any other duties corresponding with the job position as may reasonably be required from time to time.. Where necessary, assist the Procurement and Supply Chain Manager/Purchasing Manager with any related tasks/projects. Our Ideal candidate must have experience in a similar position and - Excellent customer service skills are a must along with good problem solving skills. Ability to build relationships quickly and must be comfortable communicating at all levels. Ability to keep calm under pressure and deal with user requests in an appropriate manner. Excellent planning and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent problem solving skills with a fine eye for detail. Ability to communicate ideas and proposals in both user-friendly and technical language. Must be computer-literate and highly numerate. Must be comfortable working in a busy data environment and able to meet deadlines. Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets experience is desirable. Previous ERP (e.g. SAP) /EPOS system experience is desirable.. Previous administrative skills essential.
