We are looking for a proactive and self‑motivated Senior Consultant, Risk Control and Partnering to join our Retail Risk function.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to act as a first‑line risk expert, working at the heart of our Retail Products business. You’ll play a key role in ensuring policy changes are applied effectively, supporting strong performance expectations and good customer outcomes in line with our strategic commitments.
You’ll be joining a team responsible for Retail Product and Retail Risk reporting, including the governance of risk packs, oversight of issue management logs and the production of high‑quality reporting. You’ll also support risk activity for Business Savings, provide dedicated risk expertise to our Data Governance teams, and take ownership of key processes that help maintain a well‑managed and transparent risk environment across Retail.
Your work will give you visibility across a wide range of teams and topics, helping you apply your expertise to ensure risks are clearly identified, well controlled, and understood, and effectively communicated through accurate and insightful reporting.
At Nationwide we offer hybrid working wherever possible.
