Job Description
What You'll Do:
3. Provide outstanding service to a global customer base
4. Support the order-to-cash process using SAP
5. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve issues
6. Analyse order trends and proactively flag risks or bottlenecks
7. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across service workflows
8. Maintain accurate customer records and KPI tracking

What We're Looking For:
9. Strong background in customer service within manufacturing
10. Experience with SAP
11. Order to Delivery experience
12. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
13. Proactive, process-focused mindset
14. Ability to multitask and resolve issues swiftly
15. Track record of collaborating across teams in a fast-paced setting
