A worldwide global manufacturer is looking for a Graduate Sales Estimator for their growing team. They have plans to double their turnover over the next 4 years with recent investments in significantly improving machinery, projects, training etc. in order for the team and business to further develop.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Prepare technical quotations using web-based costing systems and maintain accurate spreadsheet records.
* Update and manage client data using our CRM system.
* Handle administrative tasks, including document control, literature management, exhibition planning, and sales record updates.
* Process sales-related documentation and estimate export sales enquiries.
* Respond to client queries regarding enquiries and orders.
* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth information flow.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Degree qualified in a Business Management / Sales related degree would be beneficial
* Background in technical sales or a similar role would be desirable
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other relevant software.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong telephone communication skills.
* Experience in a technical environment with engineered products would be a benefit
