* Manage and support a small, dedicated team of teaching and non-teaching staff to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
* Promote effective behaviour support strategies that are sensitive to pupils’ SEMH needs and rooted in trauma-informed practice.
* Work collaboratively with the Headteacher to align the Learning Centre’s work with the wider school vision and priorities.
* Contribute to the professional development of staff, offering coaching, mentoring, and guidance as needed.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of provision, using data to inform planning and improve outcomes.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Have substantial experience working with pupils with complex SEND and SEMH needs.
* Demonstrate a track record of leading and supporting staff in an inclusive educational setting.
* Be passionate about inclusive education and personalised learning.
* Be skilled at developing strong relationships with pupils, families, and professionals.
