They are now seeking a Commercial Director to head up their occupier leasing activity. This role will play a key part in driving demand and you will engage with both potential and existing customers to ensure their needs are met, help expand the growing customer base, and contribute to shaping the future of science and tech spaces. By understanding customer requirements and staying ahead of industry trends, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of their extensive science space portfolio.
What We’re Looking For:

* Real estate background, ideally leasing and/or asset management
* Expertise in the top science businesses and their future property needs
* Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry leaders
