Key Job Responsibilities
* Architect innovative solutions – design advanced, AWS‑optimized communication architectures for enterprise customers.
* Provide technical leadership to GTM teams and unblock critical customer business challenges.
* Advocate for customers by curating feature requests and technical feedback.
* Create enablement materials and thought leadership content across technical forums.
* Support and guide an internal network of technical subject‑matter experts.

Basic Qualifications
* Experience in software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data and analytics.
* Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
* Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
* Experience in the customer service/contact center industry.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working with end‑user or developer communities.
* Experience communicating complex ideas to technical and non‑technical audiences.
* Advanced infrastructure and networking architecture experience.
* Deep understanding of enterprise communication technologies.
