Alexander Steele are working with a bakery products manufacturing business in East Yorkshire which are looking to recruit a Front Line Manager. The ideal candidate has worked within a management position within a fast-paced FMCG site, preferably in food manufacturing. Key Responsibilities * Manage a trained and motivated shift team with committed, multi-skilled and flexible colleagues. * Operate flexibly and respond quickly to change and opportunities – actively demonstrate the capacity to get into action fast and make things happen. * Ensure that all roles are suitably resourced and effectively utilised in order to meet capacity/customer requirements. * Ensure that all appropriate people mapping and planning is in place at all times.
