ITV seeks an experienced and well-rounded Head of Consolidation and Reporting to join our team and play a pivotal role in the company's financial operations. This position will oversee the timely and accurate production of the Group consolidation on a monthly basis, ensuring financial transparency and compliance with reporting standards. As the leader of a team of two Financial Accountants, you will be responsible for line management, coaching, and mentoring your team members, fostering their professional growth and contributing to their success. The key day-to-day responsibilities for the role are:
1. Responsible for the monthly FCCS Group Consolidation and supporting schedules
2. Preparation of the monthly consolidation pack including balance sheet analytical commentary
3. Line manage, coach and mentor the Consolidation team
4. Manage relationships with ITV subsidiaries around the globe
5. Managing the training requirements of new finance members on the consolidation system, FCCS
6. Responsible for timely preparation of forecasts, budgets and 5-year plans for relevant areas
7. Maintain good working relationships with all accounting teams across the ITV Group including Group Tax, Group Treasury, and Group FP&A
8. Must be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) with extensive years PQE
9. Must have a background in multi-currency group consolidations
10. Must have consolidation system experience such as FCCS, SAP or similar
11. Strong working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
12. Must have experience managing a team

* Strong influencing skills with the ability to create and sustain strong relationships across varying stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Experience working with global subsidiaries, providing guidance and support
* Ability to identify and drive improvements in systems and processes
