Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant Location: South East England, Buckinghamshire, Milton Keynes Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £80 - £90 Per day Job Duties: Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) in their learning and development Assisting the class teacher in planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet individual needs Providing one-to-one support to students with SEN Helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment Assisting with behaviour management and implementing individual education plans Required Qualifications: Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths Experience working with children or individuals with SEN Education: Relevant education or training in special educational needs Experience: Prior experience in a similar role within an educational setting Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of SEN strategies and techniques Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a team Patience and empathy when working with students with SEN Preferred Qualifications: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification Training in safeguarding and first aid Working Conditions: Working hours: Full-Time Temporary position with the potential for extension Work within a school environment All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
