An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, expert, and creative individual to join the Mental Health Care Division as our Divisional Lead Occupational Therapist. The successful candidate will work across in-patient, community, and urgent care service lines within the division.
Responsibilities include:
1. Working in alignment with the Head of Allied Health Professionals to transform Occupational Therapy services across the MHCD footprint through quality excellence.
2. Collaborating with operational management to ensure quality, safe, and efficient Occupational Therapy services.
3. Providing professional advocacy and representation for Occupational Therapy.
4. Ensuring patient safety and quality are central to service delivery.
5. Identifying and implementing quality improvement initiatives aligned with divisional and national priorities.
