GGRS Energie Ltd are a renewable energy company passionate about making sustainability a reality for everyone specializing in Domestic and Commercial Solar PV, battery installation and solar maintenance works. We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer needs and revenue growth targets by keeping GGRS competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those to plans to the upper management. Principle Accountabilities Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Oversee the sales pipeline, track leads, and ensure effective conversion of leads into sales. Provide both Domestic and Commercial customers with information about company equipment and solar systems. Alongside senior management set sales quotas, outline KPIs for team. Monitor and review sales KPIs across the sales teams. Complete sales performance reports and outline performance areas of development and solutions to improve performance. Address customer service issues ensuring issues and complaints are dealt with in line with GGRS policies. Ability to build trust and rapport with customers as first point of contact for GGRS Energie Ltd. Ability to answer customers questions regarding solar products and potential benefits for their specific needs. Oversee sales logistics and administration within the sales team. Able gathering information to accurately identify the customer’s solar needs. Able to select solar energy products and systems to best suit the customer’s needs. Prepare and/or review designs for the customer’s solar installation. Create fully customized energy packages for large-scale solar installations through bespoke solar web-based systems. Provide customers with quotes, sales orders, shipping information, and tax credit information. Able to provide after-sales service including courtesy calls and site visits. Follow up on sales quotes from other members of the sales team. Complete sales order paperwork and keeping customer profile updated on CRM Following up all potential leads for new accounts. Ensure inventory and stock levels are in place to meet customer needs. General Encourage and support staff whilst ensuring the successful delivery of all relevant aspects of the business. Develop and maintain an understanding of GGRS work and the needs and circumstances of customers. Comply with GGRS policies and procedures, including Health and Safety policies, for which all employees owe a duty of care both to themselves and others, in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act. Carry out any other duties that may reasonably be required in the light of the main purpose of the job and business. Person Specific Experience Several years’ experience leading a sales team and working in a fast paced sales environment, preferably solar. Excellent customer service skills with ability to build positive customer relations. Experience in managing a sales team, setting sales goals, and coaching sales representatives. Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively. Able to keep clear, timely, accurate data records and able to share information effectively. Excellent data analysis and data presentation skills. Ability to work on your own and as part of a team, together with a willingness to reflect upon and develop your own practice. Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to meet strict deadlines. Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written Excellent Digital and Data skills and able to work with CRM (Customer Relations System) MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Dropbox, Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar and office equipment. Knowledge of and ability to comply with health and safety and safeguarding procedures. Commitment to GGRS purpose and values including equality and social inclusion.
