Our Business Services team is seeking a (Practice) Business Services Adviser. This role will be instrumental in supporting the provision of accounting and business advice services, developing the necessary professional competencies through formal and on-the-job training. You will work flexibly to meet deadlines and uphold high service levels whilst maintaining fairness, equality, diversity, and inclusivity in everything that you do.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Crafting comprehensive sets of accounts along with detailed working papers for review by your manager.
* Meeting designated deadlines for all accounting tasks.
* Efficiently managing your workload and client expectations, leveraging your expertise to enhance the team’s performance.
* Cultivating strong client relationships to optimise outcomes and actively contributing to business growth initiatives.
* Maintaining keen awareness of project timelines and completing assignments within specified parameters.
* Implementing strategies to minimise review points and enhance project efficiency.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* Must have practice experience
* Possessing either partial or full AAT, ACCA, or ACA qualifications.
* Demonstrated proficiency in collaborating within a team environment.
* Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
* Dedication to enhancing professional and technical expertise.
* Eagerness to cultivate a diverse set of IT skills to enhance performance.
* Enthusiasm for engaging in formal training opportunities, including on-the-job learning experiences.
