This role sits at the centre of that programme, offering the opportunity to shape how services operate through practical automation and measurable improvements. You’ll be responsible for identifying and delivering automation opportunities across the organisation, working closely with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners to reduce manual processes, improve workflows, and drive real outcomes. This is not a deep technical data engineering role. The focus is on automation, integration, and delivery of impact, within a Microsoft-led environment.
