The Role
As a Lettings Negotiator, you’ll be a key point of contact for both landlords and tenants, ensuring a smooth, positive experience from first enquiry through to move‑in.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Registering new applicants and understanding their property needs
* Arranging and conducting property viewings
* Negotiating lets and agreeing terms between landlords and tenants
* Progressing applications through referencing and compliance
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting the team with day‑to‑day lettings administration
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Customer‑focused with a confident, professional manner
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* A clear and effective communicator
* Proactive, reliable and a strong team player
* Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Experience in lettings or estate agency is desirable, but we’re equally open to candidates with strong transferable skills and the right attitude. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
