About the role We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic Designer/ Animator to work in an integrated team. Reporting to the Senior Design Manager, this role will include responsibilities for website, emails, digital marketing, social animations and print. Role responsibilities Creating visual components, and layouts for landing pages, banners for all our websites Creating email banners, social media assets and microsites. Creating animations and motion graphics for organic and paid social Providing all signed off assets for web development team for production Providing all social media assets for the content team for publication Ensuring digital assets are on brand and in-line with company style guide and retouched to high standards if required Present work to external team members when required Ensuring that projects are delivered to the utmost level of professionalism Promote continual improvement and add to our culture of excellence and accountability Continually work to improve creative department methods What we are looking for An HND or degree in graphic design or similar. The “go to” person that bridges the gap between, content, social media and design team Strong portfolio of design work showcasing landing pages, banner campaigns, social media and motion graphics. Minimum 5 Years Design experience. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After effects, Adobe XD). An understanding of web usability including a knowledge of wireframes and mockups and preparing assets for web Ability to think creatively and present your concepts to team members and stakeholders Possess brilliant layout, typography and retouching skills Able to create pixel-perfect production friendly assets, and ensuring they are easily accessible for the web delivery team Open, honest, direct and comfortable in giving and receiving constructive feedback Proactive in approach, ensuring work is completed within required timescales and asks external team members for feedback. Able to perform well under pressure, working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
