Key Responsibilities
1. Analog/Mixed-Signal IC Design: Architect, design, layout, measure, and productize high-speed (>25Gb/s) ultra-deep submicron CMOS analog circuits.
2. Technical Leadership: Lead large block design, mentor colleagues, manage deliverables, and drive robust design methodologies from concept to production.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with packaging, hardware, digital/DSP, system, and module teams to ensure integration and signal/power integrity.
4. Peer Review & Innovation: Participate in peer reviews, contribute to best practices, and drive continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience:
9. BSEE + 15 years, MS + 10 years, or PhD + 7 years (or equivalent)
Expertise in at least 3 of:
10. High-speed serial links (serdes, data converters)
11. Voltage regulators
12. High-performance output drivers
13. High-performance PLLs
14. Efficient clock transmission/propagation
15. Opamps and programmable gain amplifiers
16. Equalisation techniques
Preferred Qualifications
17. Experience with electrical transceiver applications (backplane/cable comms)
18. FinFET process experience
19. Floor planning and custom transistor layout
20. High-frequency layout (inductors, transformers, transmission lines)
21. Design for Manufacturability
22. PVT and Monte Carlo characterization
23. Electromigration (Totem, Voltus or equivalent)
24. Power/IR drop analysis
25. Lab Validation
26. ESD practices and custom test setups
27. Software/Tool Proficiency
28. High-frequency test equipment (BERT, jitter analysers, VNA/PNA)
29. Design capture/layout in Cadence Virtuoso
30. Simulation in Spectre/APS/SpectreX, mixed-signal simulations in AMS
31. Layout validation in Calibre/ICV/Pegasus
32. Post-layout extraction in Quantus/StarRC, electromagnetic in EMX
33. Matlab
34. Track record of innovation; publications a plus
