The Role
You’ll handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for clients across a range of sectors, including education, financial services, construction, transport, charities, and agriculture.
Your work will include:
* Drafting contracts, policies, and service agreements
* Advising on redundancy, restructuring, TUPE, and boardroom disputes
* Managing tribunal and discrimination claims
* Supporting corporate transactions and due diligence
* Advising senior executives on entry and exit arrangements
* Restrictive covenant enforcement and defence
* Scope to get involved in client training, thought leadership, and business development initiatives.
You will have:
* 3–6 years’ PQE in employment law (regional, national, or City background)
* Strong technical knowledge with commercial awareness
* Excellent drafting, advisory, and communication skills
* An interest in developing client relationships and contributing to team growth
* A collaborative, proactive mindset and enthusiasm for progression
