* Support young people with daily routines, including preparing for school, meal times, and activity planning.
* Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
* Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
* Plan and participate in fun activities such as trips to the park, movie nights, or creative projects.
* Maintain essential records to ensure the best possible care.
* Use an electronic care recording system daily; training available for ClearCare or equivalent digital systems.
