We are seeking a highly strategic, detail-oriented, and data-savvy Sales Operations Analyst to join a dynamic EMEA Sales Strategy and Operations team. This role will support sales leadership in driving revenue growth and operational efficiency by delivering actionable business insights, improving sales processes, and partnering closely with market leaders.

Key Responsibilities
:
* Analyze sales data and revenue trends using advanced SQL and Excel to uncover opportunities and risks.
* Lead business review processes, delivering clear and insightful reports to senior sales leaders and executives.
* Drive operational rigor by identifying process improvements, enhancing sales effectiveness, and removing obstacles.
* Support annual sales planning, resource forecasting, and go-to-market execution in partnership with cross-functional teams.
* Own strategic projects and initiatives that translate global priorities into regional impact.
* Collaborate closely with sales leadership and country directors to provide advisory insights and influence business outcomes.
* Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple markets within the EMEA region.
* Consolidate sales data into leadership-facing reports and operational dashboards.
* Monitor CRM operational metrics and recommend actionable insights for client engagement optimization.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
* 4 to 7+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, strategy, consulting, investment banking, or a similar quantitative and business-focused role.
* Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel for data extraction, modeling, and reporting.
* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate cross-functionally at all levels.
* Experience working independently in ambiguous situations while maintaining focus on high-impact projects.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence senior leadership.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications:
* Graduate degree such as an MBA or advanced analytics degree.
* Experience in digital media, technology, or advertising industries.
* Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
