Your new role Will consist of; Manage a busy reception. Managing school switch board. Deal with school students, teachers, visitors and external contractors. Manage school phone lines. Manage schoolinbox. General reprographics. Help draft and send out school letters. Assisting with attendance and actively making calls to parents. Assisting with inputting data. What you'll need to succeed Experience working on a busy reception. Experience working in an administration environment. Good telephone manners and strong communication skills. Experienceusing Microsoft packages and strong IT skills. Previousschool experience is desired. Have goodProblem-solving skills. Be able to work in a team and independently. This job is aFull-time position, Monday to Friday and fixed hours of 08:00 to 16:00. An Enhanced DBS willbe required for this position.
