Location: Glengormley (Central Location, with Private Car Park)
Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm (Paid Lunch & Tea Breaks)
Salary: Dependent on Experience
About The Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, eager‑to‑learn Office Administrator to join a friendly, well‑established legal firm in the heart of Glengormley. You’ll play a key part in supporting the day‑to‑day running of the office. With a long route for career progression, many of our administrators grow into roles such as legal secretaries, assistants, clerks and front‑of‑house professionals.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Handling incoming and outgoing post
* Greeting clients and carrying out front‑of‑house duties
* Managing files and documents (both digital and physical)
* Assisting with general office administration
* Learning office procedures and supporting colleagues as needed
Full training will be provided. No prior legal experience is necessary.
