Job Description
Our 24‑month Graduate Development Programme (GDP) offers a learning environment to help you become a well‑rounded consultant and launch your career. From day one, you’ll dive into Turner & Townsend’s core operations, building internal networks and deepening your industry knowledge. A dedicated Graduate Development Manager will guide your progress. The programme blends technical and behavioural training, allowing you to pursue professional qualifications and prepare for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Assessment of Professional Competence via the Building Surveying pathway.
Responsibilities
* Conduct building inspections and surveys
* Prepare detailed reports on building condition and defects
* Assist with the preparation of cost estimates
* Communicate with clients and stakeholders
* Support project teams in the delivery of building projects

Qualifications
* RICS‑accredited degree or Masters conversion course in Building Surveying (2:1 minimum achieved or on track)
* Technical understanding of building surveying and genuine interest in real estate and the built environment

Other Requirements
